Yoga Course
Inspired Motion offer Yoga as a fitness alternative to children. We aim to inspire self-confidence, creativity and personal development through storytelling and play.
Yoga is a great way for young children to end the day - stretching themselves as well as their imaginations. Regular Yoga activity helps children retain their natural flexibility and prepares them for a variety of athletic activities as well as giving them a good start to healthy physical body.
Yoga Themes
Yoga themes can be worked on termly, and then collaborated into a Yoga-movement ‘sharing’ piece, or as one off sessions. All themes include standing, sitting and relaxation poses. Examples of themes are:
